The History
Stella Nova was founded in 2002. Our mission is to inspire and create joy in everyday life through development and marketing of a unique and accessible design for women who want to make a difference.
Behind the brand is Trine Skoller, Owner and Creative Director, who together with nearly 10 dedicated colleagues is running the company with crusading spirit from a preserved townhouse in Copenhagen.
In order to exploit the brand potential Stella Nova Copenhagen A/S was turned into a public limited liability company 1st November, 2007 and a significant funding of capital from foreign investors took place.
The brand has secured a solid position and a strong image mainly in Europe and has opened nearly 200 doors with selected multi brand shops and high end department stores and is growing rapidly. Stella Nova had a growth of 10% in 2009, and the ambitions for further growth are high.
