NATIONAL STANDARD

Freedom claimed, a desire for independence and a common vision of fashion led François Chastang and Arnaud Louvencourt to create National Standard in 2010.

National Standard is part of this new generation of creative and independent brand based in Paris. Its founders benefit from their experiences in the fashion and luxury together to develop a global brand, thinking about the world of shoes with their flagship product , the sneakers.

One also extended to the women's collection, with a selection of sneakers signature. François and Arnaud are very attached to the simplicity and quality of their models. They pay great attention to detail and quality materials in product design : use of smooth nappa , nappa velvet , leather grained, glossy , vintage and nubuck.

Neutral tones, natural, always just coal, graphite , cement, mink , taupe, off white , awakened by splashes of electric colors sometimes. The combination of details like Velcro, padded ankle , the waxed laces provides a balance between originality and sleek.
