MARIE SIXTINE sprang to life in 2010 in the chic bohemian quarter of the Saint Martin canal in Paris. Our mission? To reinvent basic fabrics by adding a stylish touch that makes all the difference.
Five years later, MARIE SIXTINE is offering an entire new collection every season centered on fabric, always adding that fashion extra that made its success.
After opening four Paris boutiques, we made a home in 2016 at 5 rue de Charonne, setting up our flagship boutique, creative workshop, showroom, and the highly-exclusive Chez MARIE SIXTINE.
THE ATELIER
MARIE SIXTINE’s collections are dreamed up in the heart of our Parisian workshop. The quality of the natural fabrics and their soft feel are integral to every stylistic choice.
MARIE SIXTINE’s creative team possess the skill and magic touch to combine vintage inspiration with current trends. The cool vibe that exudes from these collections is an expert blend of homewear and streetwear. We love this gorgeous poetic collection comprising feminine, easy-chic designs to suit any mood, any time of day.
THE SHOPS
The first MARIE SIXTINE boutique was set up on rue Beaurepaire, Paris, where the label was born. Next came addresses on rue du Jour just steps from chic Parisian quarter Etienne Marcel, then in the family quarter of Vincennes, and in the arty neighbourhood of rue de Charonne. Recently, the brand revealed a new boutique in the hype spot of the Marais, rue du Temple.
The architectural style of each boutique mirrors MARIE SIXTINE’s entire world: nordic inspirations interwoven with undeniably Parisian style. Pale wood fittings and knitted fabric furnishings beckon you in to curl up warm and cosy. Soft colours give way to splashes of bold here and there, creating a subtle harmony.
A selection of lifestyle products prolongs the boutique experience: Marion Graux pottery, books and crayons by La Petite Papeterie Française, Kerzon candles, Bonne Maison socks, lamps, vases and Scandinavian lights, all ingeniously cohabiting the world of a MARIE SIXTINE woman.
