Starting out in 1950 as H & F Morris supplying industrial clothing it was Freda Morris who put the words 'Glove & Overall' together to become Gloverall in 1951. Originally purchasing surplus military coats after World War II, Gloverall first produced what is known as today’s Duffle Coat in 1954. Taking the Duffle Coat from its Wartime role as a utilitarian uniform to an iconic fashion classic, using leather fastenings and Buffalo horn toggles with a double faced check back fabric. A design icon Manufactured in England for 7 decades Gloverall is recognised and worn worldwide.
