Barbour celebrates its 125-year-anniversary in 2019, a significant milestone in the company’s history. Still family owned (5th generation), it is a celebration of the Barbour family who since 1894 have nurtured, guided and led the company from its small beginnings in 1894 supplying mariners with oilskins in South Shields in the North East of England, to the global lifestyle brand it is today. For Autumn/Winter 2019, Barbour launches a colourful collection for men and women featuring unique details. Alongside lightweight jackets and coats in wax cotton, quilted nylon and waterproof breathable fabrics, the collection includes soft cotton knits, shirts as well as casual skirts and dresses for women.
